PRIVACY

Privacy policy.

This policy explains what neurabyte.ai collects, why, where it is kept, who else receives it, and how to reach us about it. It covers this website only. Lore itself runs inside your own environment under your agreement with us.

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 15, 2026

Who we are

The site is operated by Neurabyte Inc., the company behind Lore. Questions about this policy or your data go to hello@neurabyte.ai. Security reports go to security@neurabyte.ai.

What we collect

Demo requests. When you submit the form on the contact page we receive the name, email address and (if you give one) phone number you enter, the role you select, the option you choose for what you want to explore, and anything else you choose to tell us. Our server also records the IP address and browser identification string the request came from, so we can tell genuine requests from automated ones. We use this to answer your request and to follow up with you about Lore. Nothing on the form is required beyond what the form marks as required.

Server logs. Like most websites, our web server writes a log line for each request: the time, the address requested, the response status, the IP address, the browser identification string and the referring page. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure and to confirm that search engines can reach it. They are rotated and kept for no more than 90 days.

Measurement. We use Google's measurement tag so we can see which search terms and pages lead to demo requests. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the tag sets no cookies and sends only aggregated, cookieless signals, because we do not ask for consent on this site. For other visitors it may set Google cookies that recognise your browser across visits. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or to show you personalised ads elsewhere. Google describes what it receives at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches a font file Google receives your IP address and the page address. Google's notes on this are at developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

The site has no accounts, no comments and no third-party embeds beyond the two Google services above.

Where it is kept

Demo requests and server logs live on our web server, hosted by Akamai (Linode) in the United States. Demo requests stay until the conversation they started is closed or you ask us to delete them. Access is limited to the people at Neurabyte who handle enquiries and run the site.

Who else receives it

  • Akamai (Linode) hosts the server that stores demo requests and logs.
  • Google receives the measurement signals and font requests described above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only if the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our using it, by emailing hello@neurabyte.ai. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for handling a demo request is the steps you ask us to take before any contract, and for logs and measurement it is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

To stop Google measurement in your browser, use a content blocker or Google's own opt-out tools at myadcenter.google.com.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the effective date above. Material changes are also noted on the what's new page.
